It's a cool game but somehow I got negative medkits when healing myself at 0 medkits. Also, I wasn't able to heal villages who were not fully infected. Other than that, cool game!!

But i'm not sure about "can't heal the villagers that were not fully infected", I've played numerous times and that didn't happen to me. Maybe you were infected, that's why the villager still got the infection because you spread it?
